These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Irish Life Experience website and services (collectively, the “Services”). By using our Services, you agree to these Terms.
Use of the Website
You may use our website to learn about our summer program, submit inquiries, and, once accepted, complete enrollment. You agree not to misuse the Services, interfere with their normal operation, or attempt to access them by any means other than the interface we provide.
Program Enrollment
Enrollment in the Irish Life Experience is subject to a separate Participant & Parent Release, which will be provided during the application process. The applicable enrollment agreement (not these website Terms) governs the actual delivery of the program, cancellations, refunds, and participant responsibilities.
Payments & Refunds
Details of tuition, deposits, and payment deadlines are described on our Programs and Apply pages. Deposit refund terms are set out in the Participant & Parent Release. If any information on this site conflicts with the signed enrollment paperwork, the enrollment paperwork controls.
Content Ownership
The content on this website — text, images, logos, and design — is the property of the Irish Life Experience or its licensors. You may not copy, redistribute, or use it for commercial purposes without our written permission.
User Submissions
When you submit information through our forms (name, email, message, and similar), you confirm the information is accurate and you have the right to share it. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle personal information.
